Going Grey Farm has participated in several education and public education programs over the last six years. We continue to support as many events as possible during the year.

We actively showed the Percherons for many years, but many of the draft shows have disappeared in Virginia. We are currently driving with the Piedmont Driving Club.

A beautiful day at the museum in Manassas. We provided a period agricultural display in support of the 150th Anniversary of Bull Run/Manassas.
• Liberty Hall Tack Swap
  
After our first rain out of the year at Crocket park, we helped our friends at Liberty Hall with a tack swap and education day.
• Piedmont Horse Expo
  
We provided a demonstration of harnessing and ground driving the girls in support of Culpeper County 4H.

• 13th Annual Culpeper Harvest Days Farm Tour
  Going Grey Farm is proud to partner with Liberty Hall Farm for the 13th Annual Culpeper Harvest Days Farm Tour. We will be providing a horse drawn farm implement display, ground driving demonstration and wagon rides around Liberty Hall.
• New project - Courting Buggy
  We obviously didn't learn anything from the last restoration project because we have begun another.
• New additions - Chickens
  So now industrial eggs are deadly, we have finally added chickens to the mix. 10 hens and a rooster recently took up residence. Like all the other animals around here, they are living the good life.
• Leeds Manor Drive
  Our first Piedmont drive. What a wonderful property and great company. We weren't the only "big" horse. Another beautiful Percheron accompanied us.

• German exchange program
  We had the opportunity to host a German exchange student for several weeks this year. Adina was wonderful. Bis zum nächsten Jahr in Alpenzell!
• Global warming strikes Virginia!
  Al Gore must have been in DC this month! 50 INCHES from December 5th to February 9th to include TWO 19.5 inch record storms in a week.
